Who we are
We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.
Alpha Community Foundation (ACF) is a common benefit educational foundation whose main goal is to support education of vulnerable children in Rwanda through planting new schools, offering sponsorships in preschools, primary schools, secondary and universities. ACF was granted legal personality in conformity with the Rwandan law on 22nd December 2022.
The beneficiaries of the Foundation are children registered as students at Alpha Community Academy and other children in the families who are financially unable to pay for the school fees due to poverty and other calamities that have affected Rwanda such as the 1994 genocide against Tutsi, COVID 19 etc… Among those children are orphans, abandoned children, children from families of the survivors and perpetrators of 1994 genocide against Tutsi and those who might be struggling as refugees. ACF also is here to provide education sponsorships to some among the children from struggling families of pastors in the church in Rwanda. We do have pastors who serve in rural and urban areas that are experiencing economic hardships

We focus on delivering quality support and education through a Christian worldview whilst also creating a safe, caring, and Christian environment to enable those in our care to excel academically, physically, and spiritually.

►Alpha Community foundation aims to impact good Christian morals and values in today’s children. The Foundation empowers the next generation of leaders by grooming communication skills, self-esteem, and confidence. We want to spread out in every region, so we’ll be reachable to all.

They have enabled us to grow and reach more children within our community. We have touched many families and they are grateful foe the work that we have been able to do with your help.
Our goal
In the coming years, the Alpha Community Foundation hopes to assist even more children. There are still children we can assist and lives we can change. This year, we plan to build and rent spaces in rural areas where children do not have access to quality education. On January 1, 2022, the ACF opened a pre-school in Rwanda’s eastern province, and we hope to expand into more rural areas. This year’s goal is to have pre-schools open in Rwanda’s western and Northern provinces. The funds will be used for meals, rent, school supplies, toilet construction, office space, and children’s toys. At ACF, we believe that a better foundation for children will help them achieve great things.
